Hello! I have been trading at GCI Financial for 9 months now. Didn't face any major problems. Generally satisfied with the service. GCI gave me the opportunity to make some money. I am not very happy with GCI Financial. It takes more than a day to deposit and withdraw funds, this is a very long time, many forex brokers perform these operations in a couple of hours, sometimes even less. There are hiccups with tech support. Several times the execution of trade orders took place instantly, and sometimes with delays, which is also inconvenient. In general, I managed to make a profit, but I would like more and good work of technical support.

Registration at GCI Financial tired me, for almost a week they studied my scans of documents. Does it take a long time to withdraw money? Support does not respond to letters at all. I begin to doubt the correctness of the choice.

Very weak service, unprofessional technical support, I had questions about the terminal and demo account, but they remained unresolved. I did not go further than the demo account, although I was not impressed with the demo, especially after reading reviews on the Internet that the withdrawal to GCI Financial could be delayed for several weeks.
