I don’t use payment systems that don’t have proper licenses. All the e-wallets on this list are reliable — just remember to cash out your money from the e-wallet right away.

I don’t get why people use e-wallets when you can just do everything with a bank card — send money to a broker, get paid, buy stuff online. If a bank goes under, you’ll still get your money back, but if a payment system shuts down, who’s gonna return your cash?
