User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») sets forth the rules for using the Website: dealingclub.net (hereinafter referred to as the «Website») and is a binding agreement between the Website Administration (hereinafter referred to as the «Administration», «we») and the User (hereinafter referred to as the «User», «you»).

1. General Provisions

  1. Use of the Website means the User’s unconditional consent to the terms of this Agreement.
  2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, he/she is obliged to stop using the Website.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The User has the right:

The User undertakes to:

3. Rules for Publishing Reviews (Comments)

  1. There is no registration of Users on the Website.
  2. To leave a review (comment), the User needs to enter their name or nickname, and that's it. After moderation, we will publish it.
  3. Moderation lasts from 1 hour to 3 days. Try not to publish your review anywhere else after writing it on Website, otherwise it will not pass moderation.
  4. By posting a comment, the User agrees that he/she is expressing his/her opinion, and the review will be available for public viewing after approval by the Website Administration.
  5. The Administration has the right to refuse publication, edit or delete any review without explanation or notification to the User.
  6. The Administration has the right not to publish a review if it is posted by the User on several websites at once.
  7. If an official representative of the company leaves a message or replies to a comment, the "Name" field should contain only the company name, without the individual's personal name.
  8. It is prohibited:
    1. Write about a company if the User is not or was not its client, i.e. was not registered with it
    2. Publish knowingly false information
    3. Copy (including partially) reviews from another source
    4. Advertising and spam
    5. Write part of the review or the entire review in capital letters (with Caps Lock on)
  9. In relation to the Website Administration it is prohibited:
    1. Insults and rudeness
    2. Threats to disrupt the functionality of the Website or physical violence
    3. Putting pressure on the Administration by any means

All texts, images, logos and other materials posted on the Website are subject to copyright and other rights protected by law.
