For almost two weeks now, I have not been able to get any explanation from the finance department of FXCL Markets as to where my money was lost! From the beginning there was a mistake on my part - I made a mistake in the card details and it was impossible to withdraw money. I fixed everything and again requested a withdrawal, but there was no money for a whole week! I am writing to them again - where is my money? They answer - that the money has gone from them and that the bank must be asked. I called the bank, they answered me that there was no receipt of money in my account. I again write to the FXCL Markets chat, where they answer me - sorry, the payment was returned back! I have a question - does it make sense to re-issue the withdrawal? Headache, not company.

There are many bonuses at FXCL Markets, but there is no point. Even taking into account the fact that I am trading in a plus, I still could not withdraw money. I needed, in total, to trade 100 lots within a month for the bonus to become real money. But this is not real. If you do not observe the risks, then you can try to trade, but this is how lucky. On Forex, luck is a rare case, you will rather lose. While trading on a cent account, the leverage is 1000 to one in FXCL Markets, in other accounts the leverage is for some reason small. And by the way, through technical support, I refused any bonus accruals, they are not needed for a cent account.
